I am Thurman Malik Robinson, a social entrepreneur, writer, and public speaker with a story that defies the odds. Born into foster care, I learned early on that resilience is not just a trait—it’s a survival skill. But survival was never enough for me. I wanted to thrive, to build, to inspire. And so, I did.

My journey from foster care to financial freedom is not just my story—it’s a blueprint for anyone who has ever felt counted out. As the founder of APPS Nonprofit Corporation, I’ve channeled my passion for social entrepreneurship into a mission to empower foster youth and underserved communities. My efforts have earned recognition in Think Realty Magazine, where I was celebrated as a “Renovation Rockstar” for transforming a neglected Atlanta property into a beacon of hope and opportunity. That project wasn’t just a flip—it was a statement: with vision and grit, anything is possible.

Storytelling is in my blood. From my earliest days crafting essays and plays to delivering speeches that move audiences, I’ve wielded journalism, writing, and public speaking as tools to amplify my voice and those of others. Whether harmonizing in choir or commanding a stage, I’ve always believed in the transformative power of expression. My book, From Foster Care to Financial Freedom: My Journey with AI as My Guide, is the culmination of that belief—a raw, inspiring memoir fused with practical strategies for financial independence, guided by my unexpected ally: artificial intelligence.

But my story doesn’t end with the past or present. The future beckons, and I’m answering the call with audacious ambition. I’m on a path to become a doctor and a lawyer, driven by a vision to revolutionize healthcare, law, and policy. My skill set—honed through years of digital marketing, technology innovation, and public engagement—positions me as a dynamic public figure ready to shape the next chapter of impact.
